Wow, very impressive work! Good idea on using the masonite board for the background, gives you the texture without any extra work (I hope that's what the background is, if not ignore that last comment). Attention to detail on the feathers is impressive, did you use a reference of was this from your imagination?

Would have liked to see a more detailed background, the texture works for the water but does lead to the picture looking a bit...flat.
